Move dates: Concerning the move out date: we have to give back the apartment in its original state (fully emptied, cleaned, painted, etc) by November the 30th.

Service: I think the organizer’s visit makes sense. However, during the whole month of November we will be living in a temporary apartment, so the furniture removal can be done starting the 1st of November, as early as possible. I guess that the organizer’s visit should take place much earlier?

Items: We have some children’s items in good condition we’d like to donate – a couple of small bikes, kid seats, a travel cot, etc.
There will be several large pieces of furniture which have to be donated. For the moment we are working on a complete list, because some of these we might still be able to sell over the next week or so. But something must be taken away for sure. (So ​​the organizer should come around and have a look at the sizes, determine whether they need to be disassembled, etc. I can also send pictures, with the caveat that only some items will have to be donated.)

Notes: We live on the ground floor and all the furniture items are in the apartment so no items will need to go up/down stairs. – Pictures TBD – will be sent next week.
