Items: furniture items include: a kids bed and a double bed – both with mattresses, a kids desk table, storage cabinet (locker style) kitchen table with 4 chairs, coat rack, baby changing station, dining room storage cabinet, tv entertainment unit, doll house, etc. Family is trying to sell several of these items first, and will donate items not sold.

Notes: It’s a house with 4 floors some items are in the basement and other in the attic so it may require some disassembly to bring items up or down the stairs. We have parking in from of our house.
